Promotional Compliance & Medical Reviewer

In this role you will report to the I&I Medical Sub-Cluster Lead Adriatic, Bulgaria and Romania.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Provide scientific and operational support to I&I Medical Affairs and cross-functional teams in a broad range of business activities and act as Subject Matter Expert on medical affairs processes, within the cross-functional team.
• Be partner in the review and, in very limited circumstances, in the development of product promotional materials and promotional or medical communications, providing evaluated, fair and balanced information.
• Ensure Promotional Compliance within I&I Business Unit in Pfizer Romania.
• Additional expectations of this role include direct customer interactions with external customers for nominated product, related to specific promotional project in development, for providing technical and medical information
• Provide review of the materials related to medical or promotional events, in coordination with local compliance colleagues.
• Support for Regulatory Affairs Group and Drug Safety Unit
• Ensure consistency of Local Product Documents (LPD and LLD) and Local Language Documents with the source label.
• Develop and update abbreviated product summaries (Succinct Product Information - SPI).
• Provides in country medical support, guidance and consultation for I&I products, as required for Medical Information team.

What you offer:
• University degree in Medicine / Pharmacy or Health Sciences (or equivalent);
• Knowledge of Inflammation therapeutic area is a plus;
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical or related field is highly preferable;
• Detailed understanding of relevant national and international regulatory codes of pharmaceutical promotional practice;
• Ability to interpret and relay technical/medical information;
• Proven record of successful customer management;
• Excellent time management;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• High level of proficiency in both Romanian and English (written and spoken);
• Advanced computer skills (. Microsoft Office).

The employment contract is on determined period of time of 2 years with the possibility of extension.
