Prototyping Project Coordinator

KEY ACTIVITIES:

• Responsible for maintaining communication with the client (internal BU or external)
• Regularly request forecast from BU in order to verify the existing capacity
• Responsible for the coordination, planning, implementation and realization of the prototype projects within the deadline agreed with the internal/external clients
• Coordinates the internal project team/BU/IE regarding the selection of the processes and materials necessary to make the prototypes according to the clients' requirements
• Conducts the technical meetings of supplier evaluation together with the technical leaders and the procurement manager from BU. Evaluates and selects suppliers together with the technical manager and the procurement manager from BU
• Responsible for the permanent updating of the planning of the projects for which he is responsible
• Monitors that the internal specifications (CP) and the client specifications are implemented properly
• Defines the resources needed to carry out the projects together with the technical leaders
• He realizes the price offers for the client together with the technical leaders based on the costs of materials, the costs with tools, fixtures and measuring devices, the costs of manufacturing and / or of external services, or considering similar products

DESIRED PROFILE:

• MS Project, MS Office advanced level
• ERP
• Knowledge of the concept of production system, products and standards in automotive industry

• Experience with the methods of project planning and tracking
• Knowledge of methods of analysis, evaluation and tracking of quality
• Experience in car assembly processes (SMT, mechanical assembly), mechanical processing and plastic part forming processes
• Technical drawing
• Team player with an open minded attitude
• Strong communicator both written and verbal in English and native language
• Self-efficient and organized in prioritizing tasks and projects
