Purchase Requisition Specialist

What you’ll do:

1. Review all the data received from the project team and concatenate all the necessary information in order to fill a correct Excel template to ensure that the accuracy of data is submitted in the proper system.
2. Issue the Purchase Requisition to supplier and maintain the correctness of the process.
3. Operate in time the received Purchase Requisition.
4. Monitor the Purchase Requisition process and pro-actively push related departments to solve the problem as required and needed. Regularly analyze the business status and send the report timely to the requestor.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor degree on finance, accounting, business management or related field;
• Work experience: 0-2 years;
• Foreign language skills:  English (advanced); French, Spanish and German can be an advance;
• Moderate computer skills, PC & Internet;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel;
• Customer Service Skills;
• Professional Phone Manner;
• Excellent written communication and documentations skills;
• Ability to handle tasks with a logical approach and work efficiently;
• Ability to learn new skills quickly and adapt in a fast paced environment;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to agreed deadlines;
• Excellent communication and presentational skills;
• Ability to communicate effectively with financial and non-financial stakeholders;
• Proactive, looking to continuously improve;
• Attention to detail;
• Ability to prioritize effectively.
