Purchasing controller- central function

Scope:

Ensuring the accurate, timely completion of monthly, quarterly and annual Financial over weekly profit and loss. Supporting the senior management team responsible for ensuring Company objectives and corporate goals are meet.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible of monthly reporting and business plan preparation for European plants belong to Filter systems business unit.
• Consolidation and coordination of the economic and strategic plan, evaluating all planning stages for the purchase on European scale
• Determining the purchase prices for the product costing tool Facton
• Creation of cost center planning and cost allocation
• Accounts monitoring
• Roll-out and implementation of global procurement tools in Business Warehouse Analysis and preparation of report data, commenting on the values
• Support for process optimization within purchasing

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years accounting experience
• 5 years accounting experience, within manufacturing sector, preferably automotive
• PC literate preferably Microsoft Excel, SAP,
• English Advanced essential
• Positive and persuasive interpersonal skills with resilience to make robust challenges
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data effectively
• Confident communication and presentation skills
