QA Engineer-Modeling and Solutions

We are looking for a talented QA Engineer to be part of the Modeling QA Team. Members of the Team test a highly complex product requiring a low-level understanding of Networking and Cyber Security.

Responsibilities

• Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases for new network devices/features modeling;
• Research of new technologies, devices and vendors according to company requirements;
• Build and configure complex networking and security setups;
• Estimate, plan and coordinate testing activities within the scrum team and with the automation team;
• Liaise with internal teams (. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements;
• Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs;
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products.

Requirements

Must have:

• 3+ years of experience in network protocols, including the ability to install and configure network devices (Router, Firewall, etc.) from major vendors;
• Persistence, independence, team player;
• Knowledge and understanding of Cyber security, related risks and mitigation technologies.

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in Scripting languages (Python/bash);
• Experience in manual software testing of enterprise-grade, client-server software products;
• . in computer science or an equivalent engineering field;
• Previous experience with Agile;
• Experience with test automation.
