QA Engineer

As a QA Engineer, you are responsible for designing and implementing tests, debugging and defining corrective actions for Bannersnack platform.

What you will be doing

• Extracting the requirements from the task specifications and converting them into detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases

• Manual testing of Bannersnack platform & the newly implemented features

• Identify test scenarios that can be automated

• Identify bugs and reporting them in  Jira (issue tracker tool)

• Monitor debugging process results

• Testing on multiple browsers and devices

• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies

Requirements

• Proven work experience in software development

• Proven work experience in software quality assurance

• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases

• Basic Knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascrispt

• Knowledge and experience with frameworks used for automated testing (Nightwatch, Puppeteer or any other)

• Knowledge of Node Package Manager (npm)
