QA Python developer

As part of the Quality Assurance (QA) team, you will participate in testing our Simcenter Amesim application. 

• Using our internal Python API, or a commercial software, you will:
• write non-regression and integration test scripts in Python
• write instructions and promote good practices for the implementation of these test scripts
• participate to the review of the Python code written by your teammates

• You will also execute manual tests: QC scenarios, cross checks, free testing on our application.

• You will create defect stories in our Jira database, and check the results of the automatic tests.

This position is open in Brasov and to be filled as soon as possible. 

Prerequisites:

• You have a bachelor or master’s degree in computer science and you know Windows and Linux OS
• You have good knowledge and experience of the Python programming language
• You have some interest and/or experience in software testing
• Knowledge of Jira, Squish and/or Ranorex would be an advantage
• You have a good level in English (written and spoken)
