QA/QC Department personnel

Bonatti SpA is researching for its project in Bulgaria, QA/QC Department personnel with relevant experience in Pipeline Construction Projects for the following Disciplines:

• QA/QC ENGINEERS
• QA/QC CIVIL INSPECTORS
• QA/QC MECHANICAL INSPECTORS
• QA/QC ELECTRICAL E INSPECTOR
• QA/QC INSTRUMENTATION INSPECTORS
• QA/QC PAINT/INSULATION INSPECTORS
• QUALITY MATERIAL INSPECTOR

Short Job Description:

Part of the QA/QC department, has the Mission to perform the QA/QC activities done by internal organization and by subcontractors.

Main Responsibilities and Duties:

• Support site project team with respect to all quality issues relevant to Client requirements and/ or any other part involved;
• Provide to Project Quality Manager site quality information and data to be included in project reporting;
• Verify suitability of subcontractor quality system against contracts/ work requisition requirements cooperating with Project Quality Manager;
• Implement effectively at site the non-conformity management system;
• Assure that the special processes as welding, non-destructive examination, painting, etc., are managed in respect of contract requirements and standards;
• Cooperate with Project Quality Manager for planning, executing and reporting site quality audits;
• Verify that all inspections and tests required by the contracts are carried out, recorded and witnessed by all the involved parties as necessary;
• Ensure proper preparation and review of Subcontractor’s final quality dossier as part of the Overall Final Documentation;
• Ensure that all incoming materials are inspected and that all storage and preservation requirements are respected;
• Provide all necessary assistance and information for Test packs or Take Over packages management;
• Support Construction and Commissioning for the punch list management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Technical or Engineering Degree
• Full knowledge of Quality Management System fundamentals and ISO 9001 standard to approach correctly all quality matters and to manage improvement actions.
• Capability to customize all quality-related methodologies at a project level.
• Having gained a technical and professional background of at least 4-8 years in similar position in QA/QC department on international Pipeline Construction projects large in companies
• It’s necessary to have already gained experience in an operational QA / QC role in Site (Inspector, Supervisor).
• Team member and team player with proactive and motivational approach
• English- Fluent, Italian Is a plus
