About The Project, We Need Power For

In collaboration with one of our partners, a well-funded fintech company, we are revolutionizing the payment market with a unique B2B marketplace concept. All components are offered, hardware, and software to equip everyday objects, accessories, and watches to become payable wearables. SwatchPay is already successfully implemented! and there are more than 60 banks in the network.

The market for wearables is huge. Until now, demand has been met almost exclusively through active wearables, which require a battery that must be charged, an Internet connection, and often have many other functions that make the whole thing expensive. This technology, on the other hand, does not require a battery. Energy is transferred passively via induction from the cash register, and this works for the lifetime of the wearable. So the payment function can be integrated into any wearable, and consumers can load their credit card onto it using the app and cloud platform.

Tasks

We are looking for a highly self-driven, responsible, and keen-to-learn QA/Tester who loves to support the development of awesome products with a focus on great user experiences. In addition, you should enjoy customer contact as 1st and 2nd level support for our customers when they face issues with one of our products.

Besides ensuring high-quality releases of our apps through continuous testing your activities will include:

⏩ Replying to 1st and 2nd level customer support inquiries for our products

⏩ Designing and executing cutting-edge test strategies and coordinating testing activities with our development team and product management

⏩ Bug reporting, keeping the bug count low, and implementing improvements to our testing process proactively

Requirements

You shall bring:

✅ 2+ years of experience in QA or testing mobile applications

✅ Familiar with customer support tasks

✅ Experienced mobile user

✅ Fluent and structured English communication skills

Nice to have qualifications:

⏩ Strong analytical skills and are a good problem solver

⏩ Experience in using Jira

⏩ Great team player and communicator in a diverse and international remote team

⏩ Experience with the scrum development process
