QMP - Quality Management in Projects

Job Description

Participates at Feasibility study and check the drawings for compliance with internal policies and all quality relevant subjects/special characteristics; 
Checks and approve the Product Specification and creation of MMK in SAP; 
Coordinates Purchase Parts drawing release;
Reviews if project fulfills one or more of the criteria for calculating of FPY; 
Responsible for the release of measurement equipment, gauges, fixtures; 
Participates in D/ PFMEA process including transfer of causes/ actions from complains; 
Ensures the correct handling, calibration and R&R studies of Measuring and Test Equipment; 
Creates pre and series Control Plans and Launch Control Plan; 
Supports PI on serial tool validation process, SQE by participating on supplier RR for focus parts, internal RR by verifying if the process it is according with the flow chart and it is respecting the Control Plan and verify the parts in the gauge and visual; 
Supports and supervises the process capability studies; 
Creates and submits the PPAP documentation to customer; 
Process pre-series complains (8D); 
Coordinates complains between PMS AIS works at global projects;

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years working experience
Working experience in Quality
Academic Degree
English - advanced
German - advanced
Good communicator, with problem solving skills;
