Do you want to be part of this experience? We are looking for a Quality Analyst. 

YOUR DUTIES 

• Deviation assessment through records and tracking systems (data provided by our own Control Tower)

• Initiate root cause and deviation reports for Customer Service

• Document quality assurance activities

• Identify, analyze and report recurring issues

• Creation and management of internal quality procedures, protocols, and documentation

YOUR PROFILE

Your organizational skills and solutions-oriented approach to activities will ensure a smooth procedure.  As a pivotal figure in this process, you will step forward when the situation requires, and you are capable of making decisions.
