Quality Assurance Manager

Responsibilities:
- responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the integrated management system in accordance with the requirements of ISquality, environment, health and safety at work standards, food safety, SAsocial responsibility
- initiates the elaboration / revision and implementation of the documents of the integrated management system
- collaborates with the process managers in the elaboration of the working documents: working procedures / instructions specific to the activities carried out within the company
- supports company departments in identifying, evaluating and prioritizing risks and manages the programs associated with business risk assessments including managing opportunities
- includes employees on the importance of meeting the requirements of clients and certification bodies / audit / state authorities
- prepares the training program on SMI and carries out the training
- prepares the audit program and performs the internal and second-party audits of the suppliers of the SMI
- investigates non-conformities, customer complaints and recommends and monitors corrective actions / improvement measures issued
- reports to the Management Representative data on the functioning of the SMI and proposes measures to improve them
- analyzes and evaluates the performance indicators established for SMI processes and takes corrective measures in case they are not fulfilled
- coordinates and manages the preparation of the Report on management analysis

Requirements:
- Technical studies (Bachelor Degree)
- Certified internal auditor for ISO 9001
- Experience as internal / external auditor for at least 5 years
- Responsible, trustworthy person, very well organized
- Teamwork skills
- Very good communication skills
- Good PC operating knowledge
- Advanced level of English
