Quality Engineer - 18 months contract

Your tasks:

We are looking for candidates able to fulfill the following major tasks:

• Promptly handle customer and supplier complaints
• Create PPAP documentation for the client and validate PPAP documentation from the supplier
• Optimizing the flow of quarantine materials
• Performs the process audit of VdA , ISO, layered audit
• Maintaining the quality assurance system to ensure certifications and customer requirements
• Participates in PFMEA meetings and conducts QRQC meetings
• Builds inspection and control plans
• Conducts SPC and Gauge R&R analysis
• Performs requalification according to IATF standard
• Performs measurements using the laboratory specific equipment (micrometer, caliper, microscope, conturomat)

Your qualification:

In order to be a successful candidate for this position, your competencies and experience should be:

• Bachelor in Engineering
• Experience in SAP, proficiency in use of MS office tools
• Confident in verbal and written English, German is a great advantage
• Ability for understanding of complex technical processes
• Knowledge of concepts: dimensions, tolerances, reference systems
• ISO9001; IATF16949; VdA , VdA ; ISO14001
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive field
• Strong self-initiative
