Quality Engineer- Customer

Job Description

• Analyzes and proposes improvement actions regarding data and quality costs.
  Systematically reports the level of achievement of specific indicators.
• Conducts day to day analysis to provide quality assurance support and refines production methods.
• Analyzes data to provide continuous improvements in the customers products.
• Develops methods for testing, sampling and training to ensure required standards are being met.
• Conducts process audits and creates finding reports to determine corrective and preventative action.
• Maintains and improves communication with Adient' s customers, suppliers, internal and central departments
• Analyzes customer returns - concerns and defects found in Adient production and prepare a corrective action plan
• Completing the 8D reports and sending them in due time to the client coordinating engineer, respecting the deadlines imposed
• Develop and update of the Control Plan as required.
• Support on PFMEA updates
• Ensure yearly requalification of Products according customer Requirements and IATF
• Prepare Quality Operation Description Sheet  whenever required
• Prepare Quality Alerts and ensure that all quality technicians are trained accordingly.
• Identify and use appropriate tools for the preparation of statistics respecting internal and customer requirements providing training to team members regarding the use of these applications and statistical techniques

Job Requirements

• Willing to travel to Jimbolia on daily basis-with company`s transport
• Bachelor` degree in Mechanics -University
• Good English command: written, speaking and reading
• German knowledge ins a plus
• 2-3 years experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing/production company
• Experience in working as a quality engineer in automotive industry  is a plus
• Good PC skills-especially Excel
• Opened to continuous learning and growth
