We are looking for a Quality Engineer Customer Liaison for our client, a multinational company based in Timisoara.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Ensure that the quality issues identified either internally or by the customer are solved using the company problem solving methods (8D Report, Problem Solving Document, etc.);
- Analyze defects in order to identify the nonconformity cause, prepare necessary corrective / preventive actions together with the other departments, follow up, verify and release corrective actions;
- Ensure all quality activities are performed to IATF 16949 and internal quality management system standards and specific customer requirements;
- High involvement in the continuous improvement of the process’ efficiency;
- Take part to the customer audit, when necessary, and actively participate on certifications audits for his/her area of expertise;
- Evaluate results of customer’s product audits and provide feedback to the organization;
- Support customer regarding corrective and preventive actions;
- Evaluate parts returned through warranty system together with the responsible engineer;
- Initiate customer responses and action plans;
- Check the conformity of products using customer’s standards through internal audits for process and product.
Must have:
- At least 2 years experience in quality operations;
- Experience in automotive industry represents an advantage;
- Customer or supplier experience represents an advantage;
- University Degree;
- English - advanced level;
- Driving license;
- Available for business trips.
