Quality Engineer for Metal

Requirements:

• Degree in technical study such as mechanical/electrical engineer, material science , etc.
• Experience in the Quality Metal & Welding in the industrial environment is advantage ;
• Quality specific trainings such as ANPQP/APQP, PPAP, Welding, IATF 16469 etc.
• English fluent level;
• Knowledge of MS Office Tools, Outlook;
• Good communication skills, self-dependent, structured, analytic and assertive;

Main responsibilities :

• Ensures the implementation in production of the specific requirements of the client regarding the observance of the supervision plans and the control ranges.
• Active participation in internal audits, execution and tracking of stock plans
• Responsible for the elaboration of the specific documentation for the control of the products in production (control instructions, MSA, model instructions).
• Verifies, ensures and participates in the observance of the QRQC approach at the management level.
• Responsible for the validation of equipment and processes in order to approve projects by the client.
• Responsible for the organization of quality controllers within its perimeter of activity (business unit).
•  Monitor and inform internally the results in the Firewall.
