Quality Engineer

Your challenges?

• You initiate the QRQC (Quick Response Quick Control) in QIM database – participate to the containment and validate the robustness of the containment; 

• You offer support for APU (Autonomous Unit Production) Managers/Site Manager in the analysis of issues assigned in the QRQC activities; 

• You perform audits on the line to detect non-respect of the Standard and identify with the APU the actions to be completed to therefore comply with the Standard; 

• You manage the relation with the customer, explain to the customer the capacities of the production and inform the customer's requirements to Plant; 

• You eep the client informed of all site actions and status of analyzes and negotiate customer delays to avoid escalation; 

• You fill in the 8D required reports in the client portal on time; 

• You update the quality documents as a result of product / process changes;

• You revise Control Plan after a problem has been encountered or after a different test result;

• You improve the communication with customers by ensuring your activities are carried out in accordance with the development processes and you communicate all the improvements that you will have put in place so that all teams benefit from your experience.

Let's talk about you…

• You have at least 2 years experience as a Quality Engineer;

• You are experienced in working in a customer’s portal and you have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel (Google Drive);

• You know very well the Quality tools (Control Plan, FMEA, 5 why, 8D report);

• You are a graduate of Engineering degree;

• You use English and German languages - advanced level;

• You are customer oriented, dynamic, and you have very good problem solving skills;

• Our environment is strongly international oriented, so you have a fluent level of English.

In addition...

Experience in working with BMW / VW, as a customer is a big plus.
