Responsibilities:

Build and manage the quality systems around quality events such as deviations, investigations, corrective and preventive actions, etc.
Write and/or assist in writing and developing of quality management system processes, work instructions, and forms
Monitor and improve processes through auditing, metrics, etc. to ensure Quality Management System Health
Conduct risk assessments as needed to support quality management systems and document justification for quality related decisions
Timely monitoring and reporting of corrective measures
Provide support for external audit
Ensure product quality through product and process audit
Conduct analysis of in-process materials, raw materials, finished goods

Skills & Competencies

Fluency in English or German is a plus
Previous experience within a Manufacturing environment (2 years at least)
Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standard, certified as an internal auditor is an advantage
Knowledge in ERP systems (SAP - Quality Management Module)
Good understanding of the Process Improvement tools such as FMEA, 8D report, 5Why’s or Root Cause Analysis
Knowledge of Six Sigma principles is an advantage
Data analysis mindset
Ability to quantify and assess benefits/ risks of process improvements
Self-management capabilities
