QUALITY ENGINEER

ADIENT AUTOMOTIVE PLOIESTI is looking for a dedicated Quality Engineer to join the Quality department team on a 2 year contract, with the mission to contribute to achieving quality goals and customer specific requirements implementation.

To accomplish this role, you need:

- Bachelor's Degree in technical field
- Fluent English language skills
- Good knowledge of MSOffice package (especially Excel) and databases
- Availability to make unexpected airplane travel abroad - min 50% from work time

- Demonstrated experience in a similar position and knowledge about quality systems

Your role will involve:

- contributes to achieving of quality goals and gradual fulfillment of company quality policy
- analyzes information regarding quality and process reliability
- acts as a contact person and company representative for customers
- analyzes information regarding customer complaints
- proposes and coordinates analysis for corrective and preventive actions
- coordinates activities in the area of responsibility at production adoption, implementing of changes and deviations
- participates in continuous improvement process
