Quality Engineer Production

ADIENT AUTOMOTIVE PLOIESTI is looking for a dedicated Quality Engineer Production, to join the Quality department                                                                    team, with the mission to contribute at the achieving quality goals and customer specific                                                                  requirements implementation

To accomplish this role, you need:
- Bachelor's Degree in technical field/quality specialization
- Fluent English language skills

- German language knowledge is an advantage
- Good knowledge of MSOffice package (especially Excel) and databases

- Demonstrated experience in a similar position

- Experienced in Core Quality tools (8D Problem Solving, SPC, MSA, APQP/PPAP, PFMEA/Control Plan)

- Knowledge about quality management systems, active involvement in internal/external audits     

  (system, process, product, customer audits)
- Availability for airplane travel abroad - min 50% from work time

Your role will involve:
- contributing to achieving of quality goals and gradual fulfillment of company quality policy
- analyzing information regarding quality and process reliability
- acting as a contact person and company representative for customers
- analyzing information regarding customer complaints
- proposing and coordinating analysis for corrective and preventive actions
- coordinating activities in the area of responsibility, implementing changes and deviations
- participating in continuous improvement process
