Quality Inspection Operation Manager

Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for on-site operation plan to organize the implementation, reasonable allocation of operators and equipment to meet customer demand and to ensure that the work process and efficiency;
• Ensuring that all operations are realized in a correct, cost effective and timely manner based on production plan in alignment with specifications and quality requirements
• Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organizational well-being
• Coordinating on solving customer claims and 8D reports in connection with quality personnel
• Researching new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency
• Communicates with customer and coordinates the implementation and development of solutions meeting the requirements of customers
• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPI’s
• Recruit, train, supervise and appraise human resources, according to manpower needs expressed by the management
• Cross-department communication and management support in multiple fields

Requirements:

• Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Experience in automobile project quality management for 3 years
• Leadership and organizational skills

• Fluent in English (German is an advantage)
• Strong analytical skills
• Detailed oriented
• Independent, self-motivated, innovative and flexible
• Very good communication skills
• Positive working attitude
