- Leading, planning, and organizing, the Quality and EHS department.
- Responsible for quality management system.
- Strong focus on Safety, Quality, and also high awareness on Cost, Delivery, and Inventory.
- Strong focus on reduction of customer complaints, rework, and scrap.
- Management and further development of quality assurance for both project and product
business, including operational practical implementation in addition to guideline competence.
- Special emphasis is placed on the balanced combination of quality assurance in projects as
well as in product development / production.
- Ensuring a high-quality standard in project, offer and execution processes.
- Implementation, control and ensuring compliance with quality gates in all major projects for
continuous improvement in product and project business.
- Safe use of quality KPIs as a control instrument for quality processes.
- Implementation of a systematic error cause analysis (root cause) and continuous
improvement by evaluating the error data as well as deriving measures to reduce errors.
- Establishing a noticeable quality mindset (., that mistakes can only happen once).
- Introduction of a quality concept for work on construction sites (including the creation of a
training concept for activities in preparation as well as during work on the construction site).
- Carrying out internal and external audits, courses and training.
- Systematic implementation of internal process and project audits.
- Technical and disciplinary management of a team of 15 own employees as well as other
temporary workers
Your Qualifications – Solid and Appropriate
- Technical studies in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or
comparable.
- +5 years of experience in the quality environment, especially in quality assurance of new
Projects.
- + 3 years of experience in the new project implementation within manufacturing plants.
- Experience with Low Volume – High-Mix production.
- Experience with CNC machines, automations, metal manufacturing.
- Experience with welding, and painting processes.
- A high level of process understanding in global quality management as well as a noticeable
quality mindset (anchoring a zero-error culture in both operational and strategic quality
thinking).
- Result and solution oriented and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate at all levels in the organization.
- Ability to create accountability and to lead by example.
- Open communication skills, holistic entrepreneurial thinking, willingness to create and
change.
- Collaborating well with key functions like Finance, Purchasing, Logistics, Production, and
other functions from Germany HQ.
- Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and to work under pressure.
- Fluent in English, German would be an advantage.
