Quality Planner

We are looking for a  Quality Planner  for our East-Europe Quality Planning team in Codlea.

Responsibilities:

• Create/develop and implement specify quality concepts and actions to assure the stated quality standards for new developments;
• Further develop existing processes, methods and test / inspection equipment;
• Support risk evaluation for design, product and process (FMEA);
• Create inspection plans, control plans, measurement reports (. product and process, etc.); Create and manage quality handbooks;
• Determine inspection methods (. SPC, inspection severity, measurement  methods / equipment, etc.);
• Evaluate information on quality-relevant data and develop concepts for quality improvement; Coordinate and conduct initial samplings to the customer.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering;
• Professional experience as quality engineer/technician (3 years) in the automotive industry;
• Knowledge of quality methods and tools (SPC, FMEA, APQP, etc.) and requirements (IATF, VDA, etc.);
• Language skills: English, German would be an advantage;
• Analytical skills, problem-solving skills, goal orientation, customer orientation (internal/external);
• Work in international team on innovative products; Willingness to travel, local and international.
