QUALITY PROCESS / CUSTOMER ENGINEER

The position reports hierarchically to the Everel Romania Quality Manager, Group Quality Manager of functionally

THE POSITION AND THE CANDIDATE PROFILE

Main responsibilities:

- Coordinates the validation and approval of new or modified processes;

- Prepares Quality specific documents for changes in mass production or transfer of different variants or new products;

- Check and approve parameters for machines and devices and initiates corrective actions in case of deviations;

- Perform and monitor product and process audits, preparing and participating in internal and external audits;

- Decide and monitor sorting and repair activities;

- Prepare and update risk analysis (FMEA), develops and implements corrective actions;

- Prepares and reviews the quality assurance plan (CP) for mass production;

- Handlingustomer complaints, prepares the necessary documentation, coordinates and monitors corrective actions;

- Get involved in the selection of suppliers for new projects;

- Evaluate records and introduce corrective measures in case of deviations or tendencies to deviations;

- Train existing employees and get new employees familiar on quality aspects.

- The scope of activities isn’t limited, depending on specific conditions at the workplace and in the company, it can be extended by provisions of superiors, if it does not ask for a qualification or a special authorization;

Personal and Professional:

- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical) or equivalent qualifications or experience;

- Minimum 3 Years of experience in a similar role in industrial areas at electromechanical components and/or electronic companies, medium to large and good organized;

- Excellent knowledge of English, Italian will be considerate an advantage;
