Quality Product Customer Engineer - locatie Arad

Your Functions //

• As QPC Engineer you are part of a global team, working with worldwide OEMs.
• Executing quality tasks in production with reference to customer complaints and internal failures;
• Performing Internal Process Audits and preparing external process and system audits;
• Participating in quality improvement projects as well as supporting the process planner in projects concerning new products and facilities and interfacing with process owners and customers on quality related issues;
• Collecting, analyzing and monitoring quality data and generating quality reports by applying of quality tools and methods;
• Preparing the documentation required for handling customer complaints (8D report, action plans) and the documentation required for product release;

Your Competence //

• Technical University degree with minimum 3 years of practical experience in a similar position within a company active in automotive or electronics industry;
• You will need a very good knowledge of quality tools and methods;
• Very good command of English. German knowledge represents an advantage;
• You must be a determined and motivated individual, focused on results and with an analytical mindset.
