Quality Supervisor

Emdep Group is a worldwide supplier for assembly testing equipment and specific software for automotive wiring harness manufacturers. Emdep objective is to offer a close proximity service and support to earn the total satisfaction of the clients.

Cerinte:

• 3 years experience in a Quality projects supervising
• Experience in the automotive industry is a must, and experience in wire harnessing is a strong asset
• Working experience from a large production plant - advantage
• University degree from a Technical field
• English - advance level / Spanish knowledge represents a plus
• Very good knowledge in which regards: FMEA, CP, ISO TSWHY, ISHIKAWA, PDCA, 8D
• Strong communication skills in Romanian and English; German is highly desired.
• ROOT Cause Analyse knowledges

Responsabilitati:

• Management of quality issues for certain customers
• Overlooking PPMs and reducing them
• Overlooking IPPMs and reducing them
• Attending daily management meetings reviewing performance of previous day and discussing current days’ constraints
• Demonstrating potential cost reduction
• Developing quality measurements and prevention systems in the production processes
• Good quality knowledge, the candidate should easily determine which quality tools are applicable and use them with no restrains, whenever the case.
