Department / location: Quality / at the company headquarters in Sibiu
Subordinated directly to the position of Plant Manager
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Coordination of the requirements coming from the clients, using the 8D method
- Monitors the activity of the Company in a qualitative plan and operational level
- Organizes audits on inventory, operational and logistical processes
- Keeps track and analyzes the complaints receive from the customer
- Ensures that all reports and support documentation is correct and complete
- Provides support the internal training and creates and adjusts the materials used for the training according to the internal policies of the Company and the clients' requests;
- Has a positive attitude towards complex situations and offers adequate solutions
- Maintains contact with the customer in order to investigate the problems encountered and to find their causes and solutions
- Analyzes and reports to customer and to management the quality and efficiency KPIs.
- Verifies and investigates quality issues, according to a predefined process
- Applies and reviews the effectiveness of PDCA, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Lean Techniques and / or other quality improvement tools and programs
- Maintains a permanent and professional communication level with the customer, the management and also the other departments staff;
- Performs the tasks set by the hierarchical superiors
Required skills and knowledge
1. 3-5 years experience in Customer Quality Management in automotive industry
2. Graduate of engineering faculty
3. English - advanced level; German – medium level (optional)
4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both within a team and individually;
5. Correct and proactive working attitude, organized and responsible way of working
6. Active, self-motivated and open person and change
7. Outcome orientation and ability to cope with pressures;
8. Advanced knowledge of PC operation, Microsoft Office
