According to AEW’s global strategy – after establishing the branch in USA, Germany, France  and Japan, the AEW Romania plant founded in 2019.

We hope you will soon understand why we are looking for a Quality Supervisor for our  Plant  in Oradea, Romania.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING 

YOU make sure that everything runs smoothly.

A. operate and maintenance of Quality Management System
1. Responsible for organizing and implementing customer audit and improvement;
2. Tracking and verifying the nonconformities of audit;
3. Archive and management of audit documents.
B. Deal with the quality issue
1. Responsible for surveying, analyzing and handling the quality issues and accident of                 company, internal and external;
2. Responsible for verifying the implement of adopted improvement measure;
3. Finish the 8D report of project measure; verify and evaluate the correct prevent measures;
4. Archiving and management of disposing and improving for quality issue.
C. The statistical analysis of quality data
1. Analyze the quality data of productive process every month and control the product disqualification PPM value, process PPM value and one-time pass rate.
2. Analyze the statistical result of productive process and identify factors which are affecting quality;
3. Analyze the product disqualification PPM value of external quality data. Create and monitor the improvement measures.
D.  Work guidance and training for quality inspection personnel;
E.  Management of quality documents and data;

Job requirements:

• University degree or above, 

• 3-5 years quality management work experience,

• Be good at spoken English and smooth communication with team,

• More than 5 years of automotive (spare parts) work experience in plant, 

• familiar with IATF16949 and production process & work flow,

• be trained of the IATF16949 system and familiar with quality management concept, 

• have the qualifications of internal auditor;

• Proficient in EXCEL and office software

• MINITAB software and 6 Sigma knowledge is priority.
