Quality system responsible

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• In charge of making and manage system documents and relevant training to promote the implementation of the system of quality and environment;
• In charge of internal audit, supervision and inspection according to the demand from client or relevant departments in order to ensure the smooth pass of audit;
• Prepares the necessary system documentation;
• Prepares the annual planning and program of internal audit (including IATF16949, internal production and process audit);
• In charge of the supervision on the implementation of quality system documents by all the departments, and reports regulary about the system condition;
• Supervise the implementation of the corrective measure found in the both internal and external audit;
• Make Audit Questionnaire and evaluation criterion;
• Collect the issues in the implementation process of system documents and identify the demand of improvement in order to ensure the accurate update and release of quality system documents;
• Organize relevant training and promote the accurate understanding and implementation of documents of quality system;
• Understand and summarize the special demand from client and make quality insurance program of new product. If necessary, make new quality insurance documents;
• Customer scorecard collection and analysis.
• Assist the third-part institutes and clients with the confirmation and following audit of all kinds of systems each corrective measure report.
• Take part in KAIZEN activities.

Experience

• Above 3 years working experience in automotive field;
• Familiar with MSA, SPC, CPK, CMK and relative quality tools( Fish bone chart, 8D,etc.);
• Well know IATF16949 Quality Management System;
• Has strong analysis, problem solving skills;
• Good communication skills;
• English fluent;
• Competent in Microsoft Office with advanced capability in Microsoft Excel.
