QUALITY TEAM LEADER

The position reports hierarchically to the General Manager.

THE POSITION AND THE CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Role:
           Be part of the next step with regards of the company development, taking the lead and responsability, for ensuring proper development both, regarding company and the team, in direction of customer orientation, company strategy and team work.

Main responsibilities:
- Evaluate the team, projects and customers in the direction of creating a linear development for a team harmonization and system development in the next period of time;
- Develop, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the company’s Quality Systems and Policies into compliance with quality systems requirements;
- Coordinate specific processes in the quality department ; Effectively interact with production team to maintain product supply and help introduce new products;
- In case of customer notification you need immediate reaction and keeping all departments under clear direction for situation solving;
- Evaluates the performance of projects , process and team initiate proper action whenever is necessary in order to align the situation in right direction;
- Team development and mentoring in order to understand personnel need and give appropriate consultation, support and trainings;
- Team management for all persons within Quality Department in order to keep motivation level as high as possible;
- Assures improvement of processes in order to increase customer satisfaction and reports to the general manager the effectiveness and the result of these improvements idea;
- Complying with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards;
- Work closely with the projects team to understand details of projects requirements;
- Assure communication with group associates in order to keep communication level as best possible.

Professional and personnel expectations :
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role in an international company;
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technical field;
- Good knowledge of English, German will be considered an advantage;
- Self-motivated and goal oriented, with a positive proactive attitude and a high degree of initiative, fair and be example of integrity;
- Clear communicator, strong organizational background, good influential person in the core area , to be a team player and confident in his team;
- Ability to effectively analyze data meticulous, to drawing a roadmap and where is require to negotiate situations;
- Experience with standards, certifications and customer audits , auditor IATF & VDA is a plus;
