Responsibilities:

Ensure interface with support functions:

2. Operational specific activities:

Plan, follow-up and improve inspection capacity and capability
Inspection instruction management – assuring availability of latest controlled inspection/operational criteria
Operators performance evaluation and guidance for development
QW Reporting and escalation – daily reports related to failure codes, production shifts/EOL Operators etc
SAP: transfer / reject block
Develop and maintain area leadership – proper team orientation to main goal: protect the customer from Quality point of view

Requirements:

Graduation of university (technical studies is an advantage).
2+ years experience in automotive or other manufacturing environment.
Experience in Quality area is a plus.
English is mandatory.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point) represents an advantage.
Ability to work in a team and to collaborate efficiently with colleagues, production people and management is a must.
