R&D Controlling Specialist Planning & Reporting

We are looking for a R&D Controlling Specialist for Planning and Reporting that will be part of our Controlling Service Center for Iasi team and will work in an international environment with great development opportunities.

Main responsibilities:

• central responsible for all R&D Vitesco locations worldwide topics related to weekly tracking and closing.
• analyze data plausibility and explain deviation to previous weekly tracking.
• communication with RDE locations for deviation and act as interface between VT E and Business Units in case of questions regarding weekly tracking data.
• preparing and analyzing the monthly closing, providing useful data/ suggestions for management decisions.
• coordinate and check location input for plausibility check.
• contributes to standard/ special financial reports preparation and analyses for R&D location/ BU / VT management.
• actively drive improvement in the fields of Planning & Reporting R&D and Engineering.
• conduct trainings, . SAP-BW, and/or weekly tracking items and/or Planning and Reporting topics.
• ad-hoc analysis and presentations.
• contributes to implementing new global/ local tools/ methods/ projects in order to comply with group rules/ reporting guidelines.

• good understanding of controlling and finance reporting.

Qualifications:

• University Degree in a Financial related field (Economy; Finance & Banking; Business Administration; Audit; etc.).
• Previous working experience on a similar position.
• Knowledge in SAP-BW (Business Warehouse) is a plus.
• Advanced English language skills; German language skills preferable.
• MS Office Package knowledge (Excel; Outlook; Word; Powerpoint, KNIME, PowerBI).
• Experience in an international working environment would be a plus.
