R&D - Solution Engineer - Fleet Management

Responsibilities:

• Develop and test new integrated IoT Solutions (Hardware& Software) for all types of industry: automotive, heavy machinery, transportation, agriculture, public transportation;

• Compliance with the organization's work discipline rules;
• Analyse customer needs and determine the best system for an IOT Solution (Fleet Management / Sensors / Wi-Fi, Bluetooth etc.);
• Capable of applying knowledge to troubleshoot and propose solutions for the existing / new develop IoT portfolio;
• Develop maintenance and testing procedures for existing and new IoT Solutions:
• Investigate complaints from customers or other stakeholders, evaluate problems, and find / recommend solutions;
• Understanding and integrating IoT devices into existing IoT platforms;

Requirements:

• Teamwork oriented;
• Professional efficiency (personal capability for completing the tasks in the most efficient way);
• Organizational and planning skills;
• Experience with testing / configuration hardware devices: Routers, GSM Modules, Cameras, GPS Trackers etc.;
• Understanding / Working experience with CAN protocols;
• Education completed with a bachelor's degree / postgraduate or master studies in electrical / Computer Science / Automation;
• The desire to develop in the IoT automotive industry; 

 Languages:

• English - Middle / advanced (reading, writing, speaking);
• SQL Database programming - basic
