Radio Frequency Engineer

We’re hiring Radio Frequency Engineers to join our client’s teams in Bucharest and Timisoara! The role is responsible for the effective network design, optimization and strategic planning. It’s an awesome opportunity with great learning opportunities in a well-known telecom company.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring  final network quality and user experience, customer engagement in advanced technical discussions to understand customer requirement and propose strategic advice and direction;
• Verifying key features after version upgrade, being able to design the test case and generating the final report;
• Analysing and enhancing of 5G/LTE/UMTS/GSM networks performance;
• Communicating with customers and managing the team.

 Requirements:

• 5 years experience in radio network design, optimization, strategic planning and solutions;
• Familiar with 5G/4G/3G/2G technology principle and key feature, such as mobility strategy, CA, MLB, VoLTE, able to design the test case for feature verification test;
• Familiar with KPI issue troubleshooting, able to improve Accessibility/ Mobility/ Retainability/ Throughput related KPI for 5G/4G/3G/2G;
• Familiar with L3 Signalling flow and DT Log analysis and report generation with Probe/ TEMS/ Assistant;
• English or French as work language;
• Strong communication skills, strong sense of team cooperation;
• Willingness and availability to travel for business good organisational and time management skills.
