Radio Frequency Engineer (RF)

For our customer, a leading global information and communications technology (ICT) solutions
provider, we are looking for a Radio Frequency Engineer (RF).
Requirements
1)5 years experience in radio network design, optimization, strategic planning and solutions;
2)Familiar with 5G/4G/3G/2G technology principle and key feature, such as mobility strategy, CA,
MLB, VoLTE, able to design the test case for feature verification test;
3)Familiar with KPI issue troubleshooting, able to improve Accessibility/ Mobility/ Retainability/
Throughput related KPI for 5G/4G/3G/2G
4)Familiar with L3 Signalling flow and DT Log analysis and report generation with Probe/ TEMS/
Assistant;
5)English as work language, priority to people with French language;
6)Strong communication skills, strong sense of team cooperation;
Responsabilities
1) As RF engineer, Responsible for final network quality and user experience, customer engagement
in advanced technical discussions to understand customer requirement and propose strategic advice
and direction;
2) Responsible for key feature verification after version upgrade, be able to design the test case and
generate the final report.
3) Responsible for the analysis and enhancement of 5G/LTE/UMTS/GSM networks performance;
4) Responsible for customer communication and team management;
