Radio Network Planning and Optimization Engineer

What you will be working on:

• To support Radio network Optimization and planning projects of GSM / UMTS / LTE;
• To provide: Radio Coverage & Capacity Dimensioning, RF Planning and Optimization, E2E optimization (KPIs), performance monitoring, drive test log analysis, site engineering, network audit, etc;
• To support performance KPI negotiating with operators before or during project implementation;
• To take part in the Preliminary or final radio performance acceptance procedure for worldwide project;
• To communicate with the customers, including RF engineers Project leader, RF Manager;
• To write guidelines for radio network planning & optimization projects;
• Assist PM with RF team organization setup, resource planning and tasks allocation; to setup RF work processes and supervise project RF part, ensure the network performance complies with contract.

All you have to bring with you is:

• Bachelor’s Degree qualification or above majoring in Telecommunication / IT / Computer Science / Engineering / or other related technical discipline;
• Preferably with 1 year of RF planning & optimization engineering experience;
• Familiar/excellent in the fundamentals of GSM, UMTS, LTE systems;
• Familiar with excellent in multi vendors’ wireless equipment operation and wireless network optimization. With multi-vendor product network experience is an added advantage;
• Experience in appointed as a Team Leader of RNP & RNO Projects, familiar with Technical Management and Project Management;
• Tools experience for: RF planning, propagation models, RF optimization, protocol analysis, etc.;
• Able to work in fast pace working environment. Excellent team spirit with good communications and interpersonal skills;
• Customer service oriented and good presentation skill;
• Willing to travel to overseas frequently (more than 80%).nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;
