Rail Track Design Engineer

Key aspects of this role include but are not limited to: 

• Develop advanced track design solutions for the rail sector e. g. ballasted track structures, track alignment, profile and associated grading

• Prepare design briefings, design analysis, technical reports and calculations 

• Manage all stages of the track design process (conceptual, preliminary, and detailed design phases) 

• Ensure that all design review activity is conducted within the agreed timeframe

• Guarantee project success regarding content, costs, quality and time

Your profile:

• At least a Bachelor Degree in Engineering (or equivalent)

• At least 3 years of professional experience in the railway industry

• Preferred Software experience in AutoCAD, ProVI

• Proof of working experience with interdisciplinary and international teams

• A business mindset and keen manner, with creative and insightful perceptions

• Fluency in English is required. Other language skills, especially German, are beneficial
