RAN Integration Engineer

For our new services and operations center in Romania we are now looking for a motivated team player as OMC Engineer. You have strong problem solving skills and with your ability to make the right decision you support a major mobile network managed service. With your excellent communication skills you communicate progress, risks and escalate problems to the right people.  

Main tasks

·G/3G data-build, site create/build, neighbors provisioning

·Kits include ultra, flexi 2G site integration, edge implementation, building multiple cabinets

·Working on EGSM decommissioning & capacity expansions

·Implementing frequency retune plans, neighbor optimisation

·Tools Used: IPD, Nokia NetAct , Cramer , Top Level , Network Editor , DX 200 , MML , TANG , Hit

·Nokia Flexi WBTS WNcommissioning, Flexi & Ultra Site Commissioning

·AXC XML files modification from VP0 to VP1 if required

·COCO creation and deletion of sites in RNC

·Modifying COCO traffic shaping from NONE to FULL

·DCN creation and deletion of sites in target and source RNC via NetAct

Required competencies

·BA/BSc degree in Engineering or Computer Science

·At least 2 years of experience within a RAN/BSS network deployment / support environment as well as an understanding of all key elements that make up a mobile network

·Have working knowledge of Netact

·Fluent English spoken and written

·Willingness to travel within Europe if required
