ReactJS Developer

Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Frontend Developer to join our team and work for a telecommunications services provider, the second-largest mobile network operator in Europe.

We are planning the conversion of our currently pure PHP/Symfony application while gradually replacing the current frontend with one based on ReactJS that will communicate with the business logic (PHP) via REST services.

Responsibilities

• Building a basic React architecture;
• Development of React components and the combination of these components into processes according to the specifications and wishes of the customer;
• Contribute to the development of coding guidelines and ensure that the code quality standards are fulfilled;
• Support in setting up a docker environment for the frontend application and a build pipeline for the frontend application, including automated tests;
• Work as part of a self-organizing Scrum team.

Skills

• Experience in developing web applications using React and Redux;
• Experience working with RESTful API’s;
• Knowledge of Javascript/ Typescript, CSS and HTML5;
• Knowledge of ES6 and Webpack;
• Working experience with Javascript testing frameworks(we are using Jest and Enzyme);
• Knowledge of CSS pre-processing language SASS;
• Experience in the field of UX/ UI;
• Fluent in English;
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work within distributed team composed of people from multiple countries;
• Comfortable in international environment.
