This new role is to support the existing HR by managing all front of house and office support activities. We are looking for an Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company.
You will be handling incoming phone calls and other communications, greeting clients and visitors, as well as managing files, updating paperwork and other documents, and performing other general office clerk duties and errands.
Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls and other communications.
- Recording information as needed.
- Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
- Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
- Organizing travel by booking accommodations and reservations needs as required.
- Coordinating events as necessary.
- Maintaining supply inventory.
- Maintaining office equipment as needed.
- Aiding with client reception as needed.
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
Requirements:
- Ability to anticipate the office needs, act accordingly and proactively to bring together appropriate people and resources to support the office in addressing key tasks and actions.
- Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
- Warm personality with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work well under limited supervision.
- Great communication skills and positive attitude
