It would be great if you could:
- support with protocol activities as required by the management team;
- greets visitors to the facility, answer questions and direct them to the appropriate individuals as well assupport candidates at the front desk;
- collect vendor's invoices and coordinate financial data processing towards the finance team;
- act as a liaison between management, HR and teams;
- meeting organization: catering services ordering, organization of meeting related issues according to requests from organizers;
- help with documents registration (invoices, cash book, incoming/outgoing documents, contracts, mails);
- provide guidance on applying administrative tasks;
- create reports and communicate specific data as required by the operational/management team.
