London Partners is hiring Receptionist for its Bucharest head office.
As the first impression of the company that our staff, clients and visitors will see and hear, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Greet staff, clients and visitors with a professional demeanor;
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures and rules;
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival;
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls;
- Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries;
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories;
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
- Update phone list;
- Make reservations & travel arrangements for Executives;
- Reserve conference rooms for meetings and if needed help with catering for the meetings;
- Manage mail and courier service deliveries and dispatches;
- Prepare expense reports for Executives;
- Other duties as needed.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- 2-3 years of experience in an administrative office setting, preferably in an agency environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Including PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
- Proficiency in English, both oral and written
- Ability to project manage, prioritize and multi task
- Flexible and adaptable
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent communicator
- Exhibit professional telephone etiquette
- Good Organisation
