Responsibilities:
-Welcomes company guests;
-Directs both internal and external customers to the appropriate department
-Performs administrative and clerical duties as required for effective operation of the office,
-Review and registration of incoming correspondence, dispatching material to appropriate personnel (promo materials, dealer authorizations, etc.)
-Ensures the maintenance of a business aspect of the entire office
-Coordination of couriering service
-Maintains contact with couriers and makes sure the packages are delivered according to the requirements
-Make sure the correspondence for the sales force is sent regularly
-Assists in the preparation of meetings, training courses and conferences, including:
-Protocol for internal meetings
-Catering orders, when necessary
-Meeting room preparations
-Assistance for different other office activities, depending on the existing work load, if previous notification for help is sent in due time and the line manager approves it.
Requirements:
-University graduate - Economics, Business administration - preferably
-Proficiency in English: both spoken and written
-Good abilities in working with MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point
-Previous experience in reception/administrative activities – 6 months minimum
-Very good abilities in analyzing, prioritizing and planning the activities
-Positive attitude, pro-active
-Team-work oriented
-Adaptable
