Responsibilities:
• Welcomes customers, guests and stakeholders, in person or on the telephone answering or directing inquiries and coordinate the protocol activities
• Reading, researching and drafting documents, collecting and analyzing information and preparing presentations
• Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
• Receive, sort and process incoming and outgoing mail
• Maintains confidence and protects business by keeping information confidential.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree
• Effective time management and organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
• Expert in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
• English is mandatory, German is a plus
