Reconciliation Specialist

EveryMatrix is looking to add a bright Reconciliation Specialist to our growing Financial team!

 Responsibilities:

• You will be an important part of building a new financial software;
• Actively participate in testing and improving an automated data reconciliation software from a financial point of view;
• In the same time, you will evaluate and analyze transaction information in MoneyMatrix comparing it with data gathered from various sources (such as suppliers back office data), reconcile, and resolve any un-reconciled items;
• Ensure correct/reliable system data;
• Communicates permanently with the project stakeholders: Accounting team, Developers;
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities;
• Answer queries and provide custom reports regarding data found in the systems;
• Be an active part of the finance team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics;
• A minimum of 3 years in a similar role (or a relevant position in a related field);
• Experience in data reconciliation between multiple sources;
• Experience in working with various reporting systems;
• Experience in working closely with developers and requesting fixes and features;
• Ability to work independently and build periodic reports and updates based on self activity;
• Understanding Fintech concepts would be a plus;
• Strong MS Excel skills;
• Above average conversational and written English;
• Excellent attention to detail;
