Your Job

Based in our office in Bucharest, you take the ownership for all non-tech recruitment related topics in Romania. From opening a position until offering the job to the successful candidate, the entire recruitment cycle lies in your hands. While working independently and with lots of freedom in your field, your international Recruitment colleagues always have your back when you need them. In this role, you report to the Team Lead Recruitment in Amsterdam.  
What you’ll do:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: source, screen and guide candidates through the interview process and inform them about their offers or rejections;

• Choose the right tools, channels and providers to work with in your markets;

• Find and engage passive candidates;

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and align with their department recruiting objectives;

• Liaise with your colleagues from the HR team to align on staffing plans and processes;

• Negotiate with external suppliers and build an effective work relationship;

• Collaborate with others in the international recruiting team on initiatives that have impact on your region, but also globally (. participating in employer branding activities);

• Focus on constant improvements of the recruitment activities in your field;

• Offer the best candidate experience for our applicants.

 
 Your Profile

•  Experience of >2 years in recruitment, in-house or as an agency recruiter;

• University degree or level of thinking;

• Preferably experience in recruiting for positions in Sales, Customer Services and/or Operations/Logistics;

• Knowledge of recruiting and people-related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems, resume databases and internet sourcing tools and recruitment platforms;

• Native level of Romanian with a good level of English; 

• Independent and solution-oriented way of working, excited about new challenges and changing environments;

• Communicative, open and with an international mindset;

• Ability to work under pressure and experience in high volume recruitment.

• Able to take the lead and be proactive.
