For our office in Ploiesti we are looking for a Recruiter Production / Logistics.

Covebo Romania in Ploiesti has been active for two years and the same people who started at the branch are still working there. We are all part of the success of the company and each in his or her discipline. In addition, we are looking for a Production / Logistics Recruiter.

Covebo is a temp agency specialized in providing the whole service package to its clients and the people that work via Covebo. We offer our temporary workers not only the job but also the housing, guidance in native language and additional terms.

Our offices are open from 08:30 till 17:30 and you start your day by checking all the responses of candidates received via our website, social media, etc. You are in constant contact with candidates to inform, guide and recruit them for employment possibilities in the Netherlands on behalf of Covebo Netherlands. You can organize your day yourself and are guided well in the beginning. We do expect candidates to be contacted at least within a predetermined time. You keep a close eye on current applications and contacts, inquire whether everything is going well. The aim is to continuously improve for the benefit of Covebo.

You start with a one-year contract and a salary to be determined which will be paid every 24th of the month. In addition, you will also get meal tickets and access to Medicover's services. You will be provided with a laptop, telephone and business meetings with your colleagues in the Netherlands, the people with whom you regularly interact. Off course you will get the guidance where necessary in both your and our interests, If Corona allows it, we have a company gathering in the Netherlands twice a year. One for us colleagues and one for the family.

One of the main competences of a recruiter is the interest in people and the goal to make a difference. You are in contact with people, that is both the beauty of the job but sometimes you also come across situations that you may not expect. It is the art of a recruiter to deal with it as good as possible. We expect a recruiter to speak English at a high level, know what handling speed means, knows about keyboard and that results must be achieved.
