As a recruiter for DataMondial in Romania your task is to find suitable candidates for one of our clients in the Netherlands. You must have relevant work experience in managing the full life-cycle of the recruiting process, as well as advanced English language skills for international communication.
A few of your tasks:
- Search for candidates for our vacancies online and offline;
- Create and publish the recruitment ads as per company’s standards;
- Collect applicants and CV’s;
- Screening of applicants (face to face, phone, Skype or Facetime);
- Answer all applicants;
- Extend the hiring offers to the eligible candidates;
- Building a database of suitable candidates;
- Administrate all the contact moments with the applicants;
- Checking references of the candidates in Romania (certificates, contact old employers/ criminal reports etc);
- Provide regular updates and ad-hoc reports on the recruiting activities
- Encourage the employee referral program and follow up timely on each recommendation
- After hiring staying in touch with the candidates while they are working in Holland and collecting information about their experiences.
