GENERAL SCOPE OF THE JOB:
- Managing and executing end to end activities for entry & mid level hiring and Employer Branding initiatives for Talent Acquisition Function at Wipro Romania.
JOB OBJECTIVES:
- Works collaboratively with Hiring Managers and other support staff including TA Team members to deliver on assigned projects.
- Effectively works on developing innovative ideas & tools to increase the employer branding quotient for Wipro
- Handling niche recruitment projects in Romania for new businesses and existing business
- Co-ordinates with the TA Function stakeholders to implement new recruitment initiatives towards automation and enhancing the reach of TA via Social media channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understanding the profiles for existing openings within current processes and the new ones
- Preparing the recruitment ads and the newsletters for the existing open roles and post them on recruitment websites, professional networks, own career email address
- Sourcing profiles from relevant channels of recruitment subscribed by organization
- Screening applications and selecting candidates
- Conducting the first screening of candidates
- Participating in recruiting events and sourcing activities
- Coordinating referral process of applicants
- Conducting and distributing reports on a regular basis and special reports on request, identifying issues and recommending actions
- Providing external marketplace information to TA & HR Leadership
- Ensuring to hire quality candidates within defined timelines
- Developing the employment salary offer for the selected candidates and send the official offer letters to candidates
- Maintaining the candidate’s database with up-to-date information
- Work on internal tools for tracking the indents of recruitment process/es involved
- Planning and organizing the pre-joining formalities for shortlisted candidates such as managing the initiation of background verification process and pre-employment medical check-up
REQUIREMENTS:
- University Degree
- Min 1-2 years of relevant work experience in the recruitment field
- Proficiency in English (other fluent language will be considered an advantage)
- Experience with high volume recruitment projects (preferred)
- Experience with varied recruitment projects being run in parallel for diverse languages and domain skillset (Customer service, Finance and Accounts, Quality assurance, Technical helpdesk etc) will be preferred
- Analytical skills and data analysis experience
- Preferred understanding of: the company’s business objectives and organizational structure, recruiting/sourcing processes and procedures, requested recruiting profiles, external marketplace/trends, recruiting tools, recruiting resources
- Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
- Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
- Assertive and open to feedback
- Attention to details - ability to process data in a timely and accurate manner
- Result-oriented and able to measure the performance
