We are an engineering/development service provider looking for clever and innovative employees for customers from the automotive area like Daimler, Porsche and Robert Bosch who want to make a difference.

Your tasks – recruitment:

• Active search of candidates via social media platforms and our interoffice recruiting software
• Coordination of the job profiles
• Optimization of the selection process
• Determination about applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications

• First contact person throughout the whole application process
• Candidate selection and administration
• Organization and realization of first phone call conversations
• Organization and realization of introduction and job interviews
• Employee support

Your qualifications:
